Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with plan members to ensure understanding of the program and deliver exceptional customer service
- Facilitate patients through the surgery review process and manage a case load across various clients
- Coordinate scheduling and approval processes for surgery requests and maintain accurate case information
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of customer relationship and phone center experience
- Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and contact center-style phone systems
- Prior healthcare industry experience with knowledge of medical terminology and health benefits claim process
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 11:30a-8:00p MT
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload
