Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure a fast and seamless launch of products for clients
- Serve as a dedicated liaison between clients and internal teams, managing client relationships
- Proactively monitor client metrics and facilitate business reviews to ensure customer success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional customers
