Bilingual Account Resolution Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Resolution Representative to manage collections for medical and non-medical accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections activities
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to enter and update data accurately in company systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday shifts as needed
