Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in navigating complex care decisions while collaborating with external providers and insurance representatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer-facing or care coordination roles
• 1+ years of external-facing customer support experience
• Strong systems fluency with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in navigating CRMs, EMRs, and documentation tools
