Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage client requests and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets promptly and accurately
- Document customer inquiries and resolutions in SalesForce and related tools
- Provide on-call support and escalate issues to Product and Engineering teams as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, WordPress, and/or Slack is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages preferred
- Experience in a support role within the Automotive, SaaS, or MarTech industries is a plus
