A company is looking for an Insurance Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and cancellations via calls and emails
• Review policy coverages and issue necessary documentation, while retaining customers and upselling products
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and transfer new business leads to the sales team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance preferred
• Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required
• Strong customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
