Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide remote support for payment assistance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field requests from patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals regarding card activation and program eligibility
  • Provide first-level support for problem resolution and document information specific to the resolution
  • Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
