Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to assist with patient billing solutions remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient and guarantor inquiries regarding billing issues, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Conduct account reviews and resolve inquiries, documenting all interactions accurately in billing systems
  • Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance with policies and HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associates Degree preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting strongly desired
  • Knowledge of Epic billing systems preferred
  • Alternative work experience or training in lieu of experience may be considered
