A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to assist with patient billing solutions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and guarantor inquiries regarding billing issues, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Conduct account reviews and resolve inquiries, documenting all interactions accurately in billing systems
- Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance with policies and HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associates Degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting strongly desired
- Knowledge of Epic billing systems preferred
- Alternative work experience or training in lieu of experience may be considered
