Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist I, Provider Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with Product teams for platform improvements
- Assist and educate customers on the platform while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- Able to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Basic programming or engineering skills and/or education in a business- or technology-related field is a plus
- Ability to meet quantitative metrics related to customer interactions
