Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist I, Provider Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat
  • Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with Product teams for platform improvements
  • Assist and educate customers on the platform while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Able to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Basic programming or engineering skills and/or education in a business- or technology-related field is a plus
  • Ability to meet quantitative metrics related to customer interactions
