Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, systems, and network environments
  • Respond to network and server alerts to ensure maximum uptime of devices
  • Build credibility with clients by resolving inquiries and maintaining relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting and administering VPN clients
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint
  • Experience with ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and MS Office, including Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in client interactions
