A company is looking for a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, systems, and network environments
- Respond to network and server alerts to ensure maximum uptime of devices
- Build credibility with clients by resolving inquiries and maintaining relationships
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting and administering VPN clients
- Basic understanding of SharePoint
- Experience with ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and MS Office, including Office 365
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in client interactions
