Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years of post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service roles
- Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Remote work requirements include a designated workspace and high-speed internet access
