A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and identify the type of assistance needed from customers
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PCs
- Ability to work full time Monday - Friday with flexibility for shift schedules
