Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage service delivery for external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and service delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical services to meet SLAs and service quality expectations
- Monitor service performance trends and report on onboarding status and client feedback
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a Service Delivery Manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Strong familiarity with ITIL service management processes
- Direct experience managing customer-facing onboarding and delivery operations
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and cloud-based monitoring/reporting tools
