Job Summary

A company is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling of preventive maintenance work orders and ensure contract compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive PM completions and maintain customer communication
  • Access and update reports in Salesforce and SAP, and provide weekend phone coverage on a rotational basis
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience in a high-volume technical customer support role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • This is a remote role; no relocation benefit is offered
