A company is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling of preventive maintenance work orders and ensure contract compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive PM completions and maintain customer communication
- Access and update reports in Salesforce and SAP, and provide weekend phone coverage on a rotational basis
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience in a high-volume technical customer support role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- This is a remote role; no relocation benefit is offered
