Key Responsibilities

- Experience in a radiology practice or a radiology-focused tech company
- Proven experience in supporting enterprise SaaS applications in a Windows environment
- Ability to manage multiple open issues effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with customer support systems such as Linear or Zendesk
