Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Desk Professional - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for computer hardware, software, and telecommunications issues
  • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to installed software and VPN connections
  • Maintain support documentation and manage Azure and Exchange accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT support
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Understanding of technical support practices, including ticket documentation and service level agreements
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under time pressure
