A company is looking for a Senior Service Desk Professional - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for computer hardware, software, and telecommunications issues
- Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to installed software and VPN connections
- Maintain support documentation and manage Azure and Exchange accounts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Understanding of technical support practices, including ticket documentation and service level agreements
- Ability to work independently and in a team under time pressure
