Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with motorcycle parts, gear, and accessory inquiries
- Provide support for order placement, returns, and general customer service questions
Required Qualifications
- Passion for motorcycles is required
- Advanced knowledge of motorcycle engines, parts, and accessories
- Previous professional experience wrenching on motorcycles is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Motorcycle Tech School graduates preferred
- Computer skills including typing speed and internet navigation
