Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical software support to end-users by diagnosing problems and escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant products and support policies to deliver accurate solutions
- Coordinate special projects and participate in training and mentoring of junior support analysts
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent work-related experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in a service desk or technical support environment
- Industry certifications (A+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of System Administration functions
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) preferred
