Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical software support to end-users by diagnosing problems and escalating issues as necessary
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant products and support policies to deliver accurate solutions
  • Coordinate special projects and participate in training and mentoring of junior support analysts
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work-related experience required
  • 4-6 years of experience in a service desk or technical support environment
  • Industry certifications (A+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of System Administration functions
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) preferred
