Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide person-centered services in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with the supervisor regarding duties and assignments for each shift as part of the Call Center team
- Provide customer-friendly services, engaging individuals in an empathic manner
- Respond to referrals and inquiries from professionals and outside agencies in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
- Four years of full-time experience in the mental health field or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Ability to use a computer for recording services and basic office functions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work preferred for applicants with a degree in Social Work
