Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Member Services to lead their Member Services teams remotely across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Member Services to enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily operations to meet service level objectives and manage departmental performance within budget
- Lead initiatives to improve member experience and collaborate with senior leaders on business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in customer service/sales or the insurance industry, preferably with Benefit Administration experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Highly analytical with experience in leveraging technology to optimize operations
- Proven track record of driving cost reductions while maintaining performance standards
- Experience in coaching and developing leaders in a high-growth environment
