Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineering Support Specialist - Nightshift.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve client problems to provide an excellent customer experience
- Monitor server health, perform daily checks, and manage change requests in client environments
- Create technical documentation and compile server utilization reports for capacity planning
Required Qualifications
- Associate-level public cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or Google
- 2-3 years of technical support experience with Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server Administration
- Experience supporting Public Cloud environments
- Availability for a full-time overnight shift
- Familiarity with IaC tools and code is preferred
