Cloud Engineering Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineering Support Specialist - Nightshift.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client problems to provide an excellent customer experience
• Monitor server health, perform daily checks, and manage change requests in client environments
• Create technical documentation and compile server utilization reports for capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• Associate-level public cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or Google
• 2-3 years of technical support experience with Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server Administration
• Experience supporting Public Cloud environments
• Availability for a full-time overnight shift
• Familiarity with IaC tools and code is preferred
