A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring technical accuracy and timely launches
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete data integrations and account configurations
- Conduct training sessions and document account setups for a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, technical account management, or project coordination
- Experience with SaaS or data integration preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tools, and G-Suite
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
