Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to patients with open balances and assist them with payment options
• Assist members with inquiries related to billing and maintain service level agreements
• Educate patients on health insurance benefits and investigate claims processing

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a primary healthcare or outpatient care setting
• 2+ years of experience in complex healthcare customer service or insurance accounts receivables
• Experience with Medicare/Medicare Advantage
• Ability to maintain service level agreements while prioritizing tasks
