Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to patients with open balances and assist them with payment options
- Assist members with inquiries related to billing and maintain service level agreements
- Educate patients on health insurance benefits and investigate claims processing
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a primary healthcare or outpatient care setting
- 2+ years of experience in complex healthcare customer service or insurance accounts receivables
- Experience with Medicare/Medicare Advantage
- Ability to maintain service level agreements while prioritizing tasks
