Imaging Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatcher for the Enterprise Imaging Access Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders meet minimum requirements for dispatching, including communication of preparation and scheduling details
• Dispatch radiology and ultrasound orders to the appropriate technologist and manage communication regarding order status
• Handle inbound calls related to ETAs and other inquiries, while performing additional duties as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in customer service or dispatching logistics
• Background in imaging is preferred
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
