A company is looking for an Inbound Claims Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process clients' first notice of loss claim reports accurately and timely
• Resolve complex claims inquiries and collaborate with colleagues for effective service
• Liaise with clients to exchange information and resolve queries efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6+ months of Customer Service experience
• Data entry experience
• Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
• Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down)
