Key Responsibilities
- Process clients' first notice of loss claim reports accurately and timely
- Resolve complex claims inquiries and collaborate with colleagues for effective service
- Liaise with clients to exchange information and resolve queries efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6+ months of Customer Service experience
- Data entry experience
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down)
