Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist to join their Product Specialist, Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and test software products with a focus on file-based integrations
• Manage multiple projects and address the queue of file-based implementation work across global clients
• Engage with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improve internal processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in a financial services or technology support role preferred
• Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle, particularly in middle/back-office operations
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of relational databases and experience with technical tools
