A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert customer service to EFAST2 callers regarding filing requirements
  • Utilize software applications to document inquiries and access resources
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working independently and under pressure
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a call center or helpdesk environment
  • Ability to obtain Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) public trust clearance
  • Demonstrated typing speed of at least 20 WPM
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
