Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer service to EFAST2 callers regarding filing requirements
- Utilize software applications to document inquiries and access resources
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently and under pressure
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a call center or helpdesk environment
- Ability to obtain Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) public trust clearance
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 20 WPM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
