Remote Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Telephone Member Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle member and non-member telephone calls regarding credit union products and services
• Process external payment requests and assist with member live chats
• Cross-sell products and services while meeting productivity and sales goals

Required Qualifications and Education

• College degree or minimum two years relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service
• Previous sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Professional telephone demeanor and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
• Computer literate with knowledge of Windows applications
• Must achieve Level 1 lending authority within four to six months of hire
