A company is looking for a Remote Telephone Member Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle member and non-member telephone calls regarding credit union products and services
- Process external payment requests and assist with member live chats
- Cross-sell products and services while meeting productivity and sales goals
Required Qualifications and Education
- College degree or minimum two years relevant experience in the financial industry or customer service
- Previous sales experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Professional telephone demeanor and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- Computer literate with knowledge of Windows applications
- Must achieve Level 1 lending authority within four to six months of hire
