A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates
- Document all issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software applications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, including six months in a lower-level customer care role
- Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, and medical office knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required
