Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre Registration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform registration and basic insurance verification, ensuring collection of critical data elements for patient identification and billing
• Identify and update patient demographic information and inform patients of their financial responsibilities regarding insurance plans
• Educate patients on coordination of coverage and secure payment of financial liabilities

Required Qualifications

• Two years in a professional, customer service-driven environment preferred
• Telephone/call center experience
• Pre-registration and/or scheduling experience preferred
• Ability to work in a production-driven call-center environment
• Computer/tech savvy with experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
