A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide customer support for software applications used within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for both vendor and in-house developed applications
- Monitor application systems, manage data, and perform troubleshooting and root cause analyses
- Support application conversion and implementation projects while ensuring security access for information systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Foundational knowledge of the insurance industry
- Experience with Insurance Agency Management Systems and related applications
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in DevOps, Jira, or equivalent development tools (preferred)
