Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing issues and maintaining a high-quality experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS, with experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps
  • Experience leading technical projects and managing cloud deployments
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals
  • Relevant certifications in cloud or security (preferred)
