Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls while documenting all relevant information

- Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Senior level requires two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems
