Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist who acts as an intermediary between the organization and clients, providing elevated support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and chats from clients, documenting each interaction in the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and manage support issues, including escalated cases from the Sales team
- Communicate and demonstrate product usage to clients while staying knowledgeable about services offered
Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience preferred, with call center experience a plus
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet usage
- Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects of support functions
