Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations
- Oversee data integrity and ensure compliance within the Salesforce instance
- Lead Salesforce projects, create reports and dashboards, and maintain technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required
- Experience with Service Cloud and familiarity with custom objects and workflows
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboards for actionable insights
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
