Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives for service delivery to enhance customer loyalty
- Oversee team accountability to business plans and ensure results through collaboration and negotiation
- Manage the development of service training programs and maintain knowledge of ERISA regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of retirement plan related experience
- 4-7 years of management or leadership experience
