A company is looking for a Luxury Reservation Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage luxury reservations and day-to-day operations of the Experience Planning Process
- Ensure a positive pre-arrival experience for guests by accurately conveying information and managing guest needs
- Assist in training and coaching Reservation Agents to enhance team performance and revenue generation
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule to work 5 days a week, including weekends
- 5+ years of customer service experience; 1+ year in hospitality preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Opera and Colleague Advantage
