Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Lock-In Program RN - MSL.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and enroll members in Lock-In Programs while verifying eligibility and health status
• Coordinate with pharmacies and providers, and complete state-specific reporting for Lock-In Programs
• Collaborate with various departments and provide education on Lock-In Programs to ensure effective case management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completion of an accredited registered nursing (RN) degree program is required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
• A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience is required
• Behavioral health clinical experience is preferred
• Current, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required
