Customer Experience Meal Order Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Meal Order Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all room service related calls and enter patient meal selections for multiple facilities
• Provide quality customer service and resolve complaints while utilizing culinary systems for modified diets
• Complete daily missed meal reports and make outbound calls to ensure patients receive proper nutrition

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• One to two years of related experience in nutrition services or similar fields
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with computer keyboards
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions following established procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
