A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Service Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries in French and Spanish via phone, chat, and email
- Provide administrative support, including managing customer requests and updating CRM systems
- Advise customers on services and promotions to ensure a satisfactory experience
Required Qualifications:
- Training in administration, customer service, or equivalent (BTS, DUT, or university degree)
- 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service or administrative assistance preferred
- Proficiency in French and Spanish (professional level); knowledge of English or another EU language is a plus
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot)
- Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
