Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Service Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries in French and Spanish via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide administrative support, including managing customer requests and updating CRM systems
  • Advise customers on services and promotions to ensure a satisfactory experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Training in administration, customer service, or equivalent (BTS, DUT, or university degree)
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service or administrative assistance preferred
  • Proficiency in French and Spanish (professional level); knowledge of English or another EU language is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot)
  • Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
