Job Summary

A company is looking for a Simphony Hospitality Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with technical questions regarding Oracle Simphony hardware, software, or networking
  • Process new or replacement hardware orders and manage Salesforce CRM support tickets
  • Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and assist in inventory tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Oracle Simphony is required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in technical customer service
  • General knowledge of computers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
