A company is looking for a Simphony Hospitality Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with technical questions regarding Oracle Simphony hardware, software, or networking
- Process new or replacement hardware orders and manage Salesforce CRM support tickets
- Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and assist in inventory tracking
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Oracle Simphony is required
- Minimum one (1) year experience in technical customer service
- General knowledge of computers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
