Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technical Support Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, analyze, research, and resolve Tier 2 biometric incidents submitted by customers
  • Document ticket creation and management using ServiceNow
  • Assist with technical issues and outages related to biometric services
Required Qualifications
  • Education: AA/AS degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing systems
  • Public Trust security clearance required
  • Applied research experience on complex assignments
