A company is looking for a Service Desk Technical Support Specialist (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Create, analyze, research, and resolve Tier 2 biometric incidents submitted by customers
- Document ticket creation and management using ServiceNow
- Assist with technical issues and outages related to biometric services
Required Qualifications
- Education: AA/AS degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing systems
- Public Trust security clearance required
- Applied research experience on complex assignments
