Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users with difficulties related to the new HR system, PRISM, due to increased call volume
  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and systems, documenting issues and solutions
  • Serve as a contact for level 1 support, troubleshooting and escalating problems as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk and Customer Service experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting and documentation
  • Familiarity with call-tracking software and systems
  • Engagement in independent study to maintain current industry knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
