Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with difficulties related to the new HR system, PRISM, due to increased call volume
- Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and systems, documenting issues and solutions
- Serve as a contact for level 1 support, troubleshooting and escalating problems as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk and Customer Service experience
- Experience with troubleshooting and documentation
- Familiarity with call-tracking software and systems
- Engagement in independent study to maintain current industry knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
