Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed transaction aspects to ensure a seamless experience for agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, managing contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all parties involved in the transaction, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
