Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking experience preferred
  • Previous contact center and sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment
