Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking experience preferred
- Previous contact center and sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment
