Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to identify needs and drive product adoption
- Respond to customer support inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Build deep understanding of the platform to support customer workflows and contribute to product direction
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management
- Prior experience in Fintech or financial institutions is desired
- B.S. in Finance, Economics, or a similar field
- Ability to influence technical and business audiences to improve products
- Curiosity and desire to learn quickly to develop domain knowledge
