Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify needs and drive product adoption
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Build deep understanding of the platform to support customer workflows and contribute to product direction
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management
  • Prior experience in Fintech or financial institutions is desired
  • B.S. in Finance, Economics, or a similar field
  • Ability to influence technical and business audiences to improve products
  • Curiosity and desire to learn quickly to develop domain knowledge
