A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide technical assistance to store employees and resolve hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Document problems and complete problem tickets in support tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and troubleshooting techniques
- Provide outstanding customer support by diagnosing and resolving issues within service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of technical and/or call center experience
- High School Diploma or GED required or 2 years equivalent experience
