A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Value Added Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a continuous queue of customers to exceed onboarding targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct setup and training calls, defining project deliverables and ensuring timely project completion
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of service product features and provide guidance to optimize product utilization
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the SaaS industry
- 1+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven project management skills, including defining deliverables and establishing timelines
- Exceptional multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
