A company is looking for a Care Management Assistant who will manage member intake and coordinate care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake of members and admission/discharge information
- Coordinate requests for services with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team
- Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience
- Experience with Cerner (Electronic Medical Records) and medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
