Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work from Home - Remote - Hospital Care at Home FT RN (day shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to acute care patient populations in the home
• Monitor and respond to biometric data and conduct home and audio/visual patient care visits
• Implement collaborative workflows and adhere to clinical protocols for safe, evidence-based care

Required Qualifications

• RN Compact (multi-state) license
• Three (3) years of RN experience in Med/Surg or inpatient settings
• Clinical knowledge and ability to promote patient safety
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and continuing education
• Flexible and comfortable with a dynamic work environment and schedule
